You can’t have your cake and eat it too. Everyone in my life knows how crazy I am about body image, working out, and my diet. I wouldn’t say I am obsessive, but it is true when they say you can’t have your cake and eat it too. Needing to find that balance during celebrations, vacations, and the sweetness of summer is a challenge I normally face at this time of year. However, with a few boosts to my all ready “strict” regime, I promise myself I’ll be satisfied. Here are ways I’ll be keeping up with all of the celebrations life has recently been throwing my way:

- Sweat seven days a week!
- Only indulge if the celebration is for me! (Graduation/Birthday)
- Cut back on alcohol
- Eat more vegetables
- Count out portions exactly
- Get creative with recipes

Here are three different chairs I have been contemplating over:
